Learn to create your own tiles using a variety of easy to learn techniques. No experience needed. Making flat tiles cut from slabs and dimensional tiles, by hand or from press molds, will be covered. Learn to decorate with slips, under-glazes, glazes and how to use patterns, carved relief, stamps,and more in this very useful class.

Mosaics
Turn chipped china, mirror, glass, tile, buttons, broken heirlooms or personal mementos into lasting treasures. If you don’t have the china or heirlooms, we’ll provide the mosaic materials.
This 6 week class will cover all the basic information students will need to complete at least one project. It is intended for beginning students who want to learn the process of creating a mosaic piece; cutting, adhesion, tile layout, and grouting. Students will complete projects designed to introduce them to the possibilities of mosaic art.
The course is limited to 12 students per session. Cost per 6 week adult class session is $250.00 plus $15.00 materials/tools fee.
